ICMR (Indian Council of Medical Research) aur NIN (National Institute of Nutrition) ne 2024 mein updated dietary guidelines release ki hain — specifically Indians ke liye designed.
Kyun Indian-specific? Humare genetics, diet patterns, aur health conditions Western countries se alag hain. WHO guidelines directly apply nahi hoti.

Whole grains, vegetables, fruits — processed foods mein fiber kam hota hai.
How Mizan Uses These
Jab hum "Roz ki Hadd" calculate karte hain, hum ICMR limits use karte hain. For example, agar ek product mein 1000mg sodium per 100g hai, toh safe limit 40g hoga (20% of daily 2000mg).
